Privacy statement

This statement explains how Work & People Analytics B.V. ("Reworc", "we") handles the personal data of visitors to reworc.com. It covers this website only. When we process personal data on behalf of our customers within our service (my.reworc.com), we act as a processor under our General Terms and Conditions, not under this statement.

What we collect, why, and on what basis

1. When you use a contact or partner form

We collect the name, company, work email and the situation or message you provide. We use these only to respond to your request and, where relevant, to explore working together. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). We keep these submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless it leads to a client or partner relationship.

2. When you use the "Ask Reworc" chat

Your questions are processed to generate an answer. We do not store the content of chat conversations. We keep only anonymous counts (topic and language) to improve our answers, and we briefly process your IP address to prevent abuse and overuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). To generate a reply, your message is sent to our processor Anthropic; it is not used to train AI models.

3. When you simply visit

We use SimpleAnalytics, a privacy-friendly, EU-based analytics tool that uses no cookies and collects no personal data or profiles, only aggregated visit statistics. We store one functional cookie, reworc_lang, to remember your language choice. No tracking or advertising cookies are used, so no cookie-consent banner is required. Our servers keep standard technical logs for security and reliability.

Who receives your data

We work with the following processors for this website. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

• Netlify — website hosting and form handling (United States; transfers safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses).
• Anthropic — powers the "Ask Reworc" chat assistant (United States; Standard Contractual Clauses).
• SimpleAnalytics — cookieless visit statistics (European Union).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and the right to data portability. Email info@reworc.com to exercise them. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including TLS/SSL encryption and hosting with an ISO 27001-certified provider.

We may update this statement. The current version always appears here with its date.
