What exactly does Reworc do?
Reworc aligns your current and future workplace with what the organisation actually needs, using scientifically validated models of how work is done and what matters most to people. It's a proven method, one that saves our clients both time and money.
Who is Reworc for?
Reworc is for organisations that value their people and want a real estate portfolio that supports the organisation's goals, efficiently and effectively. Because it's software, the impact grows with the size of the organisation. We focus on corporates, public bodies and large organisations of 1,000+ employees, but any organisation that wants to improve its work and workplace experience is welcome.
How does Reworc close the gap between what you need and what you offer?
Every organisation has a gap between what it needs and what it currently offers. Reworc helps close that gap by continuously showing the organisation's real needs alongside the real estate it has available.
Does Reworc replace our existing systems?
No. Reworc sits on top of your existing systems. Our clients need fast, flexible access to build scenarios and visualisations, so we pull in or connect to your underlying systems and data sources, turning them into a clear, data-driven picture of what's really needed.
How do you measure what employees actually need?
Historically, organisations have relied on employee satisfaction as their main source of feedback. But research from Gallup has shown that higher satisfaction scores often don't translate into a genuinely better experience. That's why Reworc measures the things that actually improve the work and workplace experience: whether people spend the right amount of time on the activities that matter most to them, how they could be better supported, which teams they need around them to create value, and how they experience their current culture versus the culture they want. Together this paints a complete picture: the work that needs strong support, the relationships that need facilitating, and how the right culture helps reach goals faster, all supported by the right space.
Do you work with individual employee data?
No. We don't work with individual data in our dashboards. Employees are invited by email, or by an open link if preferred. Once responses are collected, we strip out all personal data before anything enters the dashboards a client can see. Privacy is built in by design: nothing in the dashboard can be traced back to an individual.
How quickly do we see results?
Once an assessment is running and enough responses have come in to meet the reporting threshold, the dashboard fills automatically, and it shows you, in real time, what share of invitees have completed it.
Which systems can Reworc connect to?
There are several ways to connect to Reworc, from federated login to pulling data from systems like Planon. Get in touch and we'll walk through the options for your setup.
How often should we measure?
We believe listening should be a permanent part of your organisation's rhythm, not a one-off. For work and culture, once a year is often enough; for workplace experience it can be more frequent, or pulsed across the months for a continuous stream of feedback. The key is to measure as part of your strategy, not only when something is wrong. Staying connected to your people is what makes an organisation agile and resilient.
How is Reworc different from an occupancy sensor or a satisfaction survey?
For over ten years we've refined the models that together show what an organisation does and how it works. Work is something you do, not a place, and we believe that's the right starting point for any organisation, especially those with a hybrid culture. That said, we value other sources too: we happily use occupancy studies, sensors and HR data to calibrate and sharpen the overall picture that decisions rest on.
How far ahead can we plan?
Reworc helps you plan for the future through scenarios. These typically look 5 to 10 years ahead, because most real estate leases are locked in for that long. Naturally, the further out you look, the wider the range of possibilities becomes.
Is Reworc suitable for government and healthcare?
Yes. For more than ten years Reworc has served governments across Europe and the US: ministries, government bodies, municipalities, provinces and other institutions. We also work with healthcare clients around the world, from hospitals to care organisations.
Do we need a lot of data to get started?
No. Reworc can start small, for example assessing a first team, or test-fitting a single building using benchmark data from our employee-behaviour data lake. From there we work towards having all your relevant objects in the platform and a continuously up-to-date view of your organisation's needs.
What does Reworc cost?
Reworc works on an annual subscription that gives you the full platform: running assessments, administering your real estate portfolio, automated test-fits and scenario planning, all in a secure, reliable environment that's independently tested for security and reliability every year. On top of that there's a yearly per-employee fee, which reduces as the number of employees grows. Most clients choose a multi-year commitment to manage and improve their workplace over time. We serve clients worldwide, from San Francisco to Tokyo, with teams in Europe and North America supporting them. Our headquarters is in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
